It combines the functionalities of a repositioning chair for BPPV diagnosis and treatment, and a rotary chair for vestibular function testing, all within a single, integrated system.

With 360° programmable motorized control, customizable protocols, and real-time 3D eye tracking via VertiGoggles™, VertiChair™ delivers accurate, efficient, and standardized testing and therapy. It is seamlessly integrated with VertiPACS™, our unified software platform for managing all vestibular assessments in one place—streamlining workflow and enhancing data accessibility across clinical environments.

All chair movements are electrically driven and precisely controlled via software—no manual rotation required. The system supports continuous 360° rotation and angle locking at any position. Clinicians can select from built-in standardized protocols or customize key parameters such as rotation speed, target angle, and acceleration to meet specific diagnostic or therapeutic needs.

Integrated 3D Eye Tracking with VertiGoggles™

Paired with VertiGoggles™, the system enables real-time three-dimensional eye movement tracking—including horizontal, vertical, and torsional components—during BPPV maneuvers. Built-in calibration functions support accurate measurement of slow-phase velocity (SPV), allowing clinicians to assess vestibular function quantitatively and objectively.

Equipped with adjustable safety harnesses and a fully adjustable headrest, VertiChair™ accommodates patients of different body types while ensuring secure and anatomically correct head positioning throughout testing and treatment. This module supports lateral displacement from the central axis to generate off-axis centripetal acceleration, enabling unilateral centrifugation for selective otolith organ stimulation. It supports both UCF-SVV (Unilateral Centrifugation Subjective Visual Vertical, with VertiSVV™) and UCF-OCR (Unilateral Centrifugation Ocular Counter-Roll, with torsional eye movement tracking), providing deeper diagnostic insights into otolith function—particularly in cases involving unilateral deficits or central compensation.

VertiAI™ is an intelligent diagnostic module that assists in determining whether a patient has BPPV, and if so, automatically classifies it into one of six subtypes based on recorded eye movement and head position data. Once diagnosed, clinicians can immediately initiate standardized or customized repositioning protocols on the VertiChair™-all while the patient remains seated. With just a few clicks, VertiAI™ reduces diagnostic complexity, minimizes the risk of misdiagnosis, and enhances clinical efficiency, delivering faster, more consistent, and patient-friendly BPPV care.
